Product Information

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! Absolutely no animals are harmed in the process of making our products.

Are your products made in New Zealand?

Our Thirst Trap Serum, Lock It In Oil, Sea Ya Cleanser and Moisture Glaze are all proudly made in New Zealand. Our Blocked is made in the UK and our BB Cream is made in Australia.

What skin types benefit the most form your products?

Our entire range is made for all skin types. From sensitive, to acne prone, to young and mature skin. Skincare doesn't need to be complicated - you just need a healthy skin barrier which our products all help promote.

Can I mix and match your products with other brands?

Of course. However our philosophy is 'less is more' and making sure you're not cancelling out your products with each other. For more info on how to use our products in what order - check out out 'How To' guide

Orders/Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. We ship on an overnight courier to most regions. Allow 1-3 working days to receive your order.

My order still hasn't arrived?

You will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received it, please check you junk/spam folders before contacting us.

Please contact the courier company for updates on your delivery.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently we ship within New Zealand and to Australia.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! When you spend $120 or more you get free shipping NZ wide. When you spend $170 or more you get free shipping Australia wide.

Can I make any changes to my order once its placed?

If you contact us straight after your order is placed by email (info@getgoodface.co.nz) we can amend any changes right away. In the instance you made a mistake and didn't realise right away - still contact us via email to see what we can do.

Returns/Exchanges

I received my order but an item is damaged or faulty?

We are so sorry! Please get in touch and let us know as soon as you receive your order by emailing info@getgoodface.co.nz.

I received the wrong item in my order?

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. info@getgoodface.co.nz

What is your returns/refund policy?

Please choose your products carefully as we only except returns on faulty or damaged products. 

If a refund was to happen over replacement of a damaged product, once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
