Is Get Good Perks free to join?
Absolutely! Joining is completely free, and you'll receive 250 points just for signing up.
How do I earn points?
You'll earn points every time you shop, follow us on social media, refer friends, and complete other eligible activities.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Your points are valid for 12 months from the date you earn them! Be sure to use them up before they expire.
Can I use my reward with other discounts?
Reward vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes unless otherwise stated.
What's the difference between points and store credits?
Points are accumulated through purchases and other activities like following us on socials. They are collected until they can be redeemed for discount codes. Store credits are essentially a dollar amount. So for example; if you receive 15 store credits, thats equals $15.
How do I redeem my store credits?
Your store credits will show in the checkout section when placing your order. You will be given an option at checkout to use any store credits owning towards your purchase, tick the box in ensure you use your credits and they will be deducted from the total to pay.
What happens if I return an order?
If an order is refunded, any points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
How do referrals work?
Share your unique referral link with friends. Once they complete their first purchase, you'll receive your referral reward.
How do you check your current tier?
Make sure you are logged into your rewards account to check your current level.
How is my VIP tier determined?
Your VIP tier is based on how many points you earn throughout the year. From 1 January to 31 December, every eligible point you earn counts towards your tier. Hit the next points milestone and up you go - from Fresh Faced to Skincare Snob and, eventually, Cult Status.
Can I merge points from another account?
No, we cannot move points around so make sure when checking out that you are using your preferred email.
Can I redeem past points from previous orders?
No. The only way to redeem points is to be signed up and logged in to our loyalty program when placing your order. So always make sure you are logged in!
I lost my discount code when checking out, what do I do?
Please make sure you note down your code when it's generated incase you misplace it in the copy/paste process or incase another active code knocks it off.
Can I use my loyalty discount during any sales?
We only allow one discount code at a time during our sales. You can use your loyalty discount instead of the sale discount but it will take away the sale discount. Only one code can be used at a time.
